Capoeira At Bangsar

April 26, 2004

We had fun at the charity show at bangsar shopping complex, and I extend my thanks to those who made the effort to be there. Those who didn’t missed out on a great opportunity to see our instructor at work. Rafael was amazing, and lived up to our expectations and more! He played with much skill and love. More importantly, despite our limited verbal communications, he warmed up to all of us pretty quickly.

He was also great with the li’l kids. It’s so much fun to see the wee ones as young as two playing capoeira. One thing’s for sure, they’ve got great potential, and they’re downright fearless!

I think it’s worthwile thinking about a kids class someday. I think it’ll be a hit. What do you guys think?

Anyway, Rafael won’t be making it for classes on Monday as he’ll be rehearsing for the Zouk show. But i think we’ll be having replacement classes later in the week.

Alright that’s it for now. See you guys soon!
